While Dr. Lampert can teach meditation and breathing experiences — so can YouTube, which much less expensive and effective than actual therapy. His focus isn’t on quick fixes or surface-level techniques; it’s on helping people create lasting change, find clarity, and move through life with greater awareness, insight, and self-respect.
Dr Lampert does not believe in going through the motions. He is fully present, engaged, and invested in helping you make sense of what’s happening in your life. Therapy should be genuine, caring, and transparent.

I was raised in Norcross, just outside of Atlanta, and moved after obtaining my M.S. from Georgia State University. After ten years in Florida, where I completed my doctorate education and clinical training, I’m thrilled to be back home to launch Peach State Psychology. Atlanta has always been where I belong — my family, close friends, and my rad niece and nephew are all here. Being part of this community again means everything to me.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m passionate about health and personal growth. I’ve been dedicated to weightlifting for several years and spend a significant amount of time studying nutrition and wellness. I also enjoy spending time with friends at social events, hanging out with my family, putting together Lego sets (odd, I know) and cheering on the Atlanta Braves — no matter the season (#eyerollingemoji), they’ll always be my team.
